Update – 11 May 2015

Dear Clubclaims Members

In March 2015 we received a fourth and final liquidation dividend of approximately 1.39 cents/Rand from the Liquidators.

The Trustees of the Clubclaims Trust will be making a fourth and final liquidation dividend payment to all members in terms of your mandate to us.

We have been advised by the Liquidators that there will be no further dividends.

Please note that, in terms of our written mandate agreement with our members, if the payment we received on your behalf in the either the first, second, third or fourth liquidation dividend is less than R50, we will not process any payment to you.

Furthermore due to transaction costs the Trustees have made a policy decision not to process any payment less than R100.

We require members to verify their identity and bank details before payment of the member’s portion of the any liquidation dividend. However if we have identity and bank details on file and if these, together with your contact details, have not changed, we will not require further verification of identity and bank details.

If your bank details or contact details have changed we will require additional verification of identity and bank details.

This is done to purely to prevent fraud or theft of your funds.

The process will remain identical. If you have mandated us to claim on your behalf, we therefore request that you:

1. Check your name against the members list;
